Joe is a fantastic trainer. When I started going to the gym I had no idea what I was doing. After a few sessions with Joe he had shown me the ropes. Joe really pushed me that extra distance during his sessions and I always left the gym feeling as I had achieved something and that kept making me want to go back. Any questions about eating healthy or diets Joe was also able to help me out there too. I feel as if I have come along way and this was down to the motivation Joe gave me when I started. He opened the doors up to body building to me and he was able to give me some very good information on the diets and the training for when I started. If anyone is interested in getting fit and you are in the local area then give Joe a call – He helped me so he can help you too!

James PlumerMy reasons for asking Joe to train me are due to his imense passion and understanding in sports and fitness. Joe has a great all round knowledge which has helped me to train for the various adventure races and triathlons that I have competed in. Since starting with Joe, he has helped guide me through various training plans and nutrition, in order to sustain a good work/training balance, and in the build up to races, ensure I have been at the top of my game for the day of the event. Since training with Joe, my overal times have improved and i have attempted races of greater distances that i would not have competed in before.

Joe has been my personal trainer for approximately 6 months now. Since I started his training programme, I have found him to display qualities which include professionalism, integrity and a genuine wish to see his clients do well and be successful in their aims, whether this be to lose weight or to get fit.

He shows appropriate concern, especially when clients are feeling tired. However he also has the ability to motivate to get the best possible results during training sessions.
