Joe Webb has been my 14 year olds son’s trainer since June 2009. He has given us lots of information on nutrition and even worked out a complete diet plan to help with his weight loss. He has worked it out using foods that I feed the rest of the family with so it has been easy to keep up with. The exercise routines that he has done with my son have always been varied and fun to keep him interested. He is friendly, approachable and flexible and is always available on his mobile for any little problems.

Just a short note to say thank you for your help in getting me to hit my targets. As someone who hadn’t worked out for more than a couple of years it was quite daunting going back to the gym. I was 17 stone 3 pounds and the target was to go under 14 stones and also to be fit enough to run a 10k. Three months later I completed the 10k in 1 hour on the treadmill.

My weight is now under 14 stones and I have dropped from a waist size of 38 to 34.

These improvements would not have been possible without your support, encouragement, motivation and also expertise. I anyone wants to ask me about having you as a personal trainer then i would be only too willing to recommend you.
