Graham drops over 30lbs in just 12 weeks!

I approached Joe and JW Training in January 2011 after a freak accident on Christmas Eve 2010, left me in hospital with a suspected broken back. Having seen the photo’s of my lifeless body, lying strapped to a spinal board, all I could see was an image that disgusted me. I’d let go of myself and I knew that only I could change what I had become.as of beginning of June 2011, I have now embarked on a phase 2, ‘High-Carb/Low-Carb plan’, with a view to looking trimmer, leaner and more toned from my planned September holiday to Turkey.

From an early age, I was always an active sportsman and had the privilege and honour to represent Great Britain at Judo and my body shape and general fitness then, coupled with my love for my own children, became a driving factor in making me change. After the initial consultation with JW Training, Joe left me feeling very confident that he understood my desire to get fitter, leaner, healthier and most importantly, better in my overall appearance.
