Stas prokofiev signs on with jw training!
Here we are in 2011 at jw training and we have signed our first Athlete of the year in stas prokofiev, the talented young Ice hockey player is looking to take his game to the next level and has trusted in us to help him get there.

After the great feedback I have had on our Athlete dan marashi I thought I would bring you an interview with stas so you can hear a little from him about his recent team up with JW Training:
JW Training: First of all Stas welcome on board as a Jw training athlete, the first new athlete of 2011! We are looking forward to working with you this year, how do you feel about coming on boards with us?
Stas: I’m very honoured to be chosen and excited. I feel 2011 will be my best year yet, and I’m well on my way to achieving my goals already.
JW Training: So tell us a bit about you and who you are? How long have you been playing for and how did you get started in hockey?
Stas: I’ve been playing hockey since I was 12 so I got a late start however I never let this slow me down, I always worked twice as hard as all the other guys to catch up and overtake them. I’ve played hockey pretty much all over Europe as well as Canada and US. I got started through a video game my friend had on the Sega Saturn and the rest is history.
JW Training: Stas you are an aspiring entrepreneur, how does being a full time training athlete and your business go hand in hand? Do you find training helps you in your business? Or vice versa?
Stas: My goal is to be financially free by 30 years old. By training full time it gives my mind the edge I need to think on my feet and make important business decisions, without training my mind would of dried up years ago and I would not be where I am today. There is a direct correlation between training and my business life. It keeps me focused at all times and more importantly I look good so I feel good, and if I feel good I make good decisions to help reach my goal.
JW Training: Lastly Stas what are your goals for 2011?
Stas: I have too many to list so if you really want to know call me and I can go through them one by one in depth.
We will be bringing You updates across the year on Stas and his progress, its going to be a great year working together and watch this space for a serious competitor come the 2011/2012 Icehockey season.
Thank you to all jw training fans for your constant feedback and support!
and thank you to anyone on our website that has stopped by to read.
Train hard and stay healthy,
JW Training.
