Sean drops 25lbs and is ready for the next stage.

Another Jw training client shares their success using the Ketogenic diet…………

Young Sean Harmanson came to us looking to drop a few pounds after his late night binging and boozy weekends, for Sean going on Ketogenic diet was a day and night change.

After talking with Sean about possible options we could arrange for him and diets we could design- Sean decided that if he was going to make a change, he wanted to go all out and give it everything he had.

12 weeks later Sean is a different person and has totally changed not only his body, but the way he looks at food in general.

Sean added ‘I understand food now, before I was just eating for the sake of eating; now I listen to my body and eat the right things at the right times’

Sean went from weighting 192lbs on day one to weighing just 167lbs on week 12! taking his bodyfay % from 23% down to 12.6%!

That’s a total loss of 25lbs! What makes this loss even greater is that his lean body mass has stayed the same- which means he has not lost a single pound of muscle tissue, the only weight lost is Bodyfat! And if you imagine there is a whopping 3500 calories in 1pound of fat- in 25lbs of fat, it works out that Sean burned over 87,500 calories to get the weight off, that’s a lot of calories!

Here’s what Sean had to say about his whole experience:

‘My name is Sean Hermanson and I started the ketosis diet on the 25th of August 2010. Unhappy with my body I spoke to Joe and he suggested the ketosis diet and work out plan, so arranged a meeting with Joe were he took my body measurements and explained to me what the ketosis diet in tales and what to expect and so on.

The first week was really hard as my body struggled to adapt to the new and strict diet, over all the diet was extremely challenging pushing my body to its limits and using every bit of will power I had to stay strict. Due to the nature of the diet cutting out carbs and sugars I found my self very tired, which made work outs take longer and every day activities seem like huge tasks putting physical strain on my body, which in turn created some mental stain which became a bit daunting. But as I persevered and went along each week was made easier by the clear and real results I was seeing. I worked my meals around what I had to do and kept to the schedule. Defiantly worth all the effort as they say “no pain no game” and is nice to know the hard work pays off.

I managed to loose a total of 25 Lb, and drop my body fat percentage from 23% to 12% which I found most rewarding as I didn’t expect that much of a drop in my body fat percentage. My body feels healthier and I feel fitter as well as happier.

To anyone reading this I would recommend the diet only if you are 100% committed to changing your life style and diet. It’s hard work but if your completely dedicated to it you will see the results and get to where you want to be.’
