Weight loss client Hannah sergeant loses over 20lbs!
JW Training is delighted to announce and showcase that 21 years old Hannah serjeant has lost over 20lbs on our Ketogenic diet plan.
Hannah came to us with one goal in mind, to change her body shape and lose weight.
Hannah explained her goals and exactly what she wanted to get from her new diet; we then put everything together and made a plan for her to follow over a 12 week period.
We interviewed Hannah to talk about her amazing body transformation, however before that, take a look at our before and after pictures below and see for yourself.

JW Training: Hannah, you have obviously seen great results from the diet, how did you find it? And how did you feel when you saw your body changing?
Hannah Serjeant: Yes I achieved great results but I am going to be very honest here and say that the diet was tough, by far the hardest thing id ever tried before, however other things id tried before had not achieved the results this plan did! So I was very happy and it was worth all the work.
JW Training: what was the hardest thing about the diet for you?
Hannah Serjeant: the hardest thing at first was no carbohydrates, and the eating 6 small meals a day, but I did get used to it, you get a carb day once a week where you can eat the foods you enjoy so it works out quite well and gives you something to look forward to.
JW Training: How did Joe (Webb) help you reach your goals, did you get the support you needed?
Hannah serjeant: Joe gave me excellent support, any questions or problems I faced throughout the diet he simply corrected and got me back on track again, I had plenty of support which is so crucial when you are dieting because its hard for other people around you to understand what your going through, you need someone behind you that knows what your feeling and to re assure you.
JW Training: would you recommend the diet to anyone else?
Hannah serjeant: I would strongly recommend it to people who are serious about changing their life, and want a better understanding of how food works with the body and not against it, but you have to be willing to put the work in.
JW Training: what advice would you give anyone who is thinking about doing a diet plan or lifestyle change?
Hannah sergeant: I would say think about exactly what you want to change and why, JW training can help you make that change but only if you really want to, one thing I have learnt is that to get in great shape, really does require a huge amount of dedication and discipline, they don’t tell you this in the glossy magazines, give it a go, believe me it is possible.
