How do I start? I can’t even begin to put into words the impact Joe Webb and JW Training has had on my life. From first persuading me over to the weight rack 10 months ago, to being there for me every single day ever since through my journey to qualifying for the British Natural Bodybuilding Finals. Joe is more than a personal trainer, more than a nutritional advisor, more than a bodybuilding contest guru, and more than a friend. It is no coincidence that since embarking on the bodybuilding lifestyle, and since working with Joe, I have had equal success in other aspects of my life.
