This starter package is to get you eating the right foods and making the right choices to kick start your road to results.
This plan includes:
- 1 hour consultation, where all your stats are taken and goals are defined.
- 1 weigh in every week, this can be done over the phone or in person at the gym.
- Full support over the phone and via e-mail when you feel changes need to be made or you just have a general question regarding your diet.
12 week diet plan
This plan provides the greatest results for your goals, a fully structured and updated 12 weeks plan.
